Community Growth Intern
In the Community Growth Intern role, we will support you to help grow and engage Shaip’s community of clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your day-to-day work will focus on building trust through responsive, respectful communication and by keeping community spaces helpful and well-maintained.
- Support day-to-day community interactions by responding to inquiries and engaging with community members in a professional, timely manner.
- Help maintain a positive, informative online presence across relevant platforms, following community guidelines and brand voice.
- Monitor activity and help track questions, themes, and engagement signals to support continuous community improvement.
- Assist in compiling reports on community activity, including summaries of engagement, common questions, and key outcomes.
- Help organize virtual events, campaigns, or community initiatives to drive awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with established processes.
- Escalate issues or sensitive topics appropriately and ensure responses are accurate, clear, and respectful.

- Interest in AI and digital communities: A curiosity about AI, technology, or online community ecosystems is important. Prior experience with online community or social media engagement is a plus.
- Collaboration: You can work with cross-functional teams and follow established processes and guidelines.
- Education: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
