Community Health LPN Part Time

This position performs clinical services across the entire campus in accordance with Brewster Places philosophy of care and approved policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Home Health LPN will monitor resident medical conditions and expend the necessary resources to achieve the highest level of health status and functional capability.
