Are you a strong people leader who is passionate about creating welcoming community spaces and exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for a Community Hubs Manager to lead our Community Hubs team and oversee the successful operation of our community centres and halls.

This varied role brings together people leadership, facility management, stakeholder relationships, financial oversight and a strong focus on growing venue utilisation.

You’ll be proactive, organised and confident building positive relationships with staff, customers, community groups, Tauranga City Council representatives and other key stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be committed to supporting your team to deliver safe, accessible and welcoming venues for our community.
