Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
About the Role
Pro Bono SG is inviting passionate lawyers to join us as a Community Law Fellow — a unique opportunity to use your legal skills to help individuals in Singapore who cannot afford a lawyer and facilitate access to justice.
As a Fellow, you’ll work full-time on meaningful community law matters including family, civil, and Syariah cases.

In addition to legal representation, our Community Law Fellows also provide legal guidance at PBSG’s Community Law Centres across Singapore. Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered for placement at the Transnational Family Care Centre (TFCC), a joint initiative by Pro Bono SG and the South Central Community Family Service Centre that delivers holistic social and legal support to vulnerable individuals from transnational families.

- Represent individuals who have been granted legal aid
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine aid eligibility
- Work alongside social service professionals to provide integrated legal care
- Receive mentorship from experienced Community Law Advocates and access guidance from senior members of the Bar
What We’re Looking For
- Called to the Singapore bar with 0 to 3 years PQE
- Some experience in legal or pro bono work
- Demonstrated commitment to serving the community
- Strong workload management skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and a reliable team player
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
