Summary
New Horizons seeks a full-time Program Manager for its Community Living department in Batesville, IN, to lead Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals who help individuals with disabilities build skills and live independently. This is a human-services role, not IT; requirements are age 18+, a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and drug, background, and TB clearances.

Program Manager -- Community Living
New Horizons is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department. The Program Manager will oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible.
The Program Manager will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees.
Job Qualifications
- Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required – some college preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
