Position: Community Living Supports (CLS)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to provide Community Living Supports (CLS) services in Hickman, KY. The position offers 10 hours per week at a contract rate of $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support based on the participant’s needs.
- Assist with daily living skills and promote independence.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement.
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Follow the participant’s individualized service plan.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow an individualized support plan.
- Previous caregiving or CLS experience preferred.
Compensation: $18 per hour on a contract basis.
