Community Management Intern

Open 57d

Hear. The Youth.

Everyone wants something from young people: attention, votes, or for them to "behave". At Hear The Youth, we flip the mic. We don’t talk about the youth; we talk with them. We are building a space where young people are heard and recognized for their opinions.

As a Community Management intern at Hear The Youth Agency, you are the bridge between our youth panel and the brands that need to listen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The Pulse: You are the primary link to our panel, facilitating conversations and ensuring the youth lead culture, not follow it.

  • Social Ownership: You manage our social media channels to spark the real conversations that define what's next.

  • Growth Marketing: You find ways to reach the 15-25 demographic where they actually hang out to keep our collective moving.

  • Deep-Dive Insights: You organize focus groups and interviews to understand trends and language.

Who you are:

  • Culture-Driven: You are deeply embedded in youth culture and know what's happening before it hits the mainstream.

  • Optimistic & Purposeful: You believe in the power of youth to fix things and move society forward.

  • Collective-Minded: You believe in the power of the group and know how to keep a community engaged and heard.

  • Communicative: You have a high proficiency in both Dutch and English.

  • You’re available for a period of 5 months.
