Multifamily Property Management Experience Required

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
• A hands-on leader who is motivated by growth and results

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance
• Monitor and improve financial and operational results
• Maintain strong curb appeal and community standards
• Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
• Help support the continued growth and success of Brookside’s Murfreesboro portfolio
