What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage leasing and maintenance teams
• Excellent communication and resident service abilities
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Proven success in collections, occupancy goals, and budgeting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced setting

• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
