🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
2️⃣ Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
3️⃣ Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
4️⃣ Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
5️⃣ Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
6️⃣ Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, or FAQ posts
7️⃣ Collaborate with marketing for announcements and campaigns
8️⃣ Help foster local language communities (if applicable)

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Fluent in #English (written and spoken)
2️⃣ Prior experience in crypto/Web3 communities
3️⃣ Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
4️⃣ Friendly, reliable, and proactive communication style
5️⃣ Ability to work independently and manage your own time
6️⃣ Nice to have: Proficiency in additional languages
