Community Manager

You will engage with and grow the global community primarily on Telegram and Discord. You will manage and moderate channels, welcome and guide new users, answer questions, escalate technical or product issues, monitor discussions, surface feedback, create polls and FAQ posts, support announcements and campaigns, and help foster local language communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
• Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
• Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
• Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
• Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
• Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, and FAQ posts
• Collaborate with marketing on announcements and campaigns
• Help foster local language communities

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Prior experience in crypto/Web3 communities
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive communication style
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Proficiency in additional languages is nice to have
