Community Manager (Public sector, Digital Transformation)

Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Community Manager (Public sector, Digital Transformation).
Support community engagement by organising events, managing the community knowledge base, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and driving initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing and organisational connectivity.

Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for fostering communities.
Familiarity with the Singapore Government or public sector environment is an advantage.

Build and strengthen the community by driving engagement, collaboration, and cross-team interactions.
Organise and coordinate community events, executive forums, and engagement programmes to enhance knowledge sharing and stakeholder alignment.
Manage and maintain the community knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Review and refine AI-generated content, including summaries and knowledge articles, to ensure quality and relevance.
Gather community feedback, monitor engagement, and identify opportunities to improve the overall community experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful programme delivery and foster a positive community culture.
