## Job Summary
The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging a diverse healthcare community that includes founders, operators, doctors, and clinicians. ## Responsibilities
- Run a recurring cadence of engagement through events, roundtables, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and digital touchpoints tailored to different segments (e.g., founders vs. clinicians).
- Keep community channels (WhatsApp, Slack, newsletter, LinkedIn/X, etc.) consistently active with engaging content, member spotlights, and introductions.
- Build real one-on-one relationships across the network; be the first point of contact members reach out to.
- Make proactive introductions for networking purposes (e.g., talent, customers, clinical validation, capital).
- Track engagement metrics (attendance, participation, response rates) and adapt strategies based on what is effective.
- Maintain the community CRM/database and report on health metrics.
## Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in community management, events, partnerships, or member engagement (experience in venture or healthcare is a plus).
- Proven ability to sustain engagement over time rather than solely running one-off events.
- Comfortable working across various formats including events, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent written communication ability.
- Self-directed and proactive in approach.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and health-tech, with credibility among both business and clinical audiences.
