Your Role:
Build and grow Breeze's organic presence across Reddit, Threads, and other community-driven platforms.
Find and join relevant discussions, contributing thoughtful comments and posts that provide value while strengthening Breeze's reputation.
Develop community engagement playbooks, defining how, when, and where Breeze should participate in conversations.
Monitor conversations about Breeze, competitors, mental health, self-discovery, and personal growth to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to transform community insights into content ideas and product opportunities.
Track key metrics including brand sentiment, community engagement, share of voice, referral traffic, and AI search visibility.
Stay on top of platform trends, moderation policies, and the evolving role of communities in AI-powered search experiences.
Leverage AI tools to research discussions, streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve content creation.

About You:
2+ years of experience in Community Management, Organic Social, Content Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Reddit and Threads, including community culture, moderation, platform etiquette, and engagement best practices.
Solid understanding of technical requirements for managing multiple Reddit accounts safely (experience with anti-detect browsers like AdsPower/Multilogin, dedicated proxies, footprint management, and warming up accounts to avoid shadowbans and strict platform filters).
Excellent copywriting skills — you know how to write comments and posts that feel helpful, authentic, and human.
Ability to spot trends, join relevant conversations, and build brand trust through meaningful community engagement.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring community performance, audience sentiment, and engagement metrics.
Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to improve research, content creation, and productivity.
English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate and higher).
Self-starter who enjoys experimenting, taking ownership, and building new processes from scratch.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
