Community Nurse
Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience
The Community Nurse will be responsible for supporting the health and well-being of Independent Living residents by addressing clinical needs, coordinating care, and providing guidance and education.
Qualifications:
- Current PA Practical Nursing License (LPN) in good standing, required
- Current CPR certification, required
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, required
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude, required
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone, required

- 7am-330pm, Monday through Friday
- On call rotation, required
