The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Community Partnership Executive, you are a storyteller and a relationship builder. You will lead the charge in securing the resources necessary to fuel Metta’s diverse programs. Your mission is to identify strategic funding opportunities, execute high-impact digital and physical campaigns, and cultivate long-term "heart-work" partnerships with donors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Fundraising & Lead Generation
Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new corporate sponsors, foundations, and individual high-net-worth donors.
Develop compelling Sponsorship Decks, grant proposals, and customized presentations that align donor CSR goals with Metta’s mission.
Stay updated on the latest fundraising trends and government matching grant schemes (e.g., Tote Board / Bicentennial Fund).
2. Campaign & Event Management
End-to-end planning and execution of flagship fundraising events (e.g., Charity Walks, Galas) and targeted Digital Crowdfunding campaigns (Giving.sg, Give.asia).
Manage event logistics, including vendor negotiations, volunteer coordination, and internal stakeholder alignment.
Monitor campaign performance, ensuring all initiatives meet or exceed established ROI and fundraising targets.
3. Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management
Implement a robust donor journey, ensuring regular touchpoints, personalized updates, and impact reporting.
Manage the donor database (CRM) to track giving history, process tax-deductible receipts, and ensure PDPA compliance.
Draft high-quality communication materials, including donor newsletters, annual reports, and formal appreciation letters.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, corporate sales, or account management. Candidates with a track record of meeting sales/fundraising targets are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software or digital fundraising platforms (e.g., Giving.sg).
Attributes: * A "Hunter" mindset for new partnerships balanced with a "Farmer" mindset for relationship nurturing.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
Passionate about social causes and comfortable representing Metta in public forums.
