Community Residential Services Manager (CRS M)

PKT Enterprises is hiring a Community Residential Services Manager (CRS M) to oversee group homes serving adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. This role blends leadership, coordination, and hands-on understanding of client needs, without throwing you in alone.
What this role looks like day-to-day
As a CRS M, you are the primary leader for one or more homes. You are supported by Directors, administrative staff, and established systems so you can focus on quality care and effective team leadership.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of 2 group homes
- Supervising, supporting, and training Direct Support Professionals and Live-In staff (where applicable)
- Coordinating client medical appointments, goals, and team meetings
- Ensuring documentation and month-end paperwork are completed accurately
- Planning and supporting meaningful, client-centered activities
- Serving as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding client needs, household routines, and company policies
- Participating in a shared on-call rotation with leadership support approximately every 6-9 weeks
Training is provided, and expectations are clearly outlined before you are fully responsible for the role.

Required qualifications (per MN DHS Designated Coordinator standards)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field + 1 year of direct care experience
- Associate degree in a human services-related field + 2 years of direct care experience
- Diploma in a human services-related field + 3 years of direct care experience
- 50 hours of human services-related education + 4 years of direct care experience (with appropriate supervision)
ASL fluency is a bonus but not required.
Additional requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Good driving record and insurance in employee’s name
- At least 19 years of age
