Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Field-Based

To Stand Out

Email tom.lecy@hhcare.net with your resume and a brief overview of your healthcare sales performance, weekly activity metrics, referral or admission volume, and examples of accounts or territories you've personally grown.

We're Not Looking for Someone to Inherit a Territory. We're Looking for Someone to Build One.

You know the Twin Cities healthcare market.

You know the hospitals.

The skilled nursing facilities.

The senior living communities.

The physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare leaders who influence where patients go next.

Now imagine being given the opportunity to turn those relationships—and the ones you haven't built yet—into your market.

Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Regional Healthcare Sales Executive to drive new referral growth throughout the Greater Twin Cities.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership.

Ownership of the relationships.

Ownership of the activity.

Ownership of the pipeline.

And ultimately, ownership of the number.

What Could You Build With the Right Company Behind You?

Selling healthcare services is difficult when operations can't deliver on what sales promises.

We've been doing this for more than 30 years.

You'll represent an established, Medicare-certified Minnesota home health provider offering skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide services, and other in-home care.

Your job is to create opportunities.

Our clinical, intake, and operational teams help you turn those opportunities into patients successfully receiving care.

You bring the business. We'll give you something worth selling.

Your Market. Your Strategy. Your Results.

You'll spend the majority of your time where healthcare sales belongs:

In the field.

You'll identify high-potential referral sources, determine where we have opportunities to gain market share, build relationships with key decision-makers, and create a territory strategy capable of producing consistent admissions.

Your week may include:

  • Opening new hospital, SNF, TCU, physician, and senior living accounts
  • Meeting with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and healthcare leaders
  • Re-engaging referral sources that haven't sent business
  • Identifying underserved accounts and competitive opportunities
  • Educating partners on home health eligibility and services
  • Developing relationships that generate recurring referrals
  • Tracking activity, pipeline, referrals, conversions, and admissions
  • Partnering with intake and clinical teams to remove referral barriers
  • Continuously identifying the next opportunity for growth

This Role Has a Scoreboard

We're looking for someone who knows their numbers.

Not just:

"I have great relationships."

We want to know:

How many accounts are you seeing?

How many new relationships are you opening?

How many referrals are you generating?

What percentage convert?

How much business have you personally grown?

What happens to a cold account after you start calling on it?

Because at this level, sales performance should be measurable.

The Compensation Reflects the Expectation

This isn't an entry-level business development position.

We're offering:

  • $100,000–$130,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Significant total earning potential for high performers
  • An established Minnesota healthcare organization behind you
  • Autonomy to manage and develop your market
  • Experienced clinical, intake, and operational support
  • The opportunity to build a book of business that compounds over time

The more value you create, the more opportunity you have to earn.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates with:

  • Proven healthcare sales or business development experience
  • Home health, hospice, senior living, DME, medical device, pharmaceutical, post-acute, or related healthcare experience
  • Existing knowledge of the Twin Cities healthcare market
  • Demonstrated success opening and growing accounts
  • Comfort discussing specific sales metrics and performance
  • Strong prospecting and face-to-face relationship-building skills
  • Competitive drive and personal accountability
  • Ability to independently develop and execute a territory strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro

30+ Years Behind You. The Market in Front of You.

Home Health Care, Inc. has served Minnesota families since 1994.

We're locally owned, Medicare-certified, and provide skilled home health services throughout a 21-county service area.

We've already built the clinical infrastructure.

We've already built the reputation.

We've already built the operational support.

Now we're looking for the salesperson who wants to build the next stage of growth.

If you're looking for a position where you can simply maintain relationships and protect an existing book of business, this probably isn't it.

But if you look at a market and immediately start thinking about where the untapped accounts are, who you need to meet, and how much business you could build—let's talk.
