Community Service Representative
Summary
Community Service Representatives act as visible ambassadors in Center City, Philadelphia, providing customer service, safety monitoring, and information to visitors and businesses Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 8pm.
Center City District (CCD) is currently seeking outgoing, motivated, hospitality-minded individuals to join our team as a Community Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR you will support the mission of the CCD, serving as a visible, welcoming, and reassuring presence on the sidewalks of Center City, providing information and assistance to those who work, live and visit our district.
CSRs actively engage with people, communicating clearly and providing exceptional customer service to those seeking to enjoy the diverse cultural, business, restaurant and entertainment attractions in Center City. They also assist in troubleshooting issues that arise and report public safety concerns that they encounter. CSRs also serve as a main point of contact to ground floor businesses, office buildings, hotels, and residential buildings, welcoming new businesses to the district and providing information and assistance when needed.
Interested candidates must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 12-8 p.m.
