Community Specialist - Temporary Position (3 months)
- Develop and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, volunteering, holiday celebrations, team activity, and much more
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Provide the BEST service to all employees
- Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science or a related field
- A genuine passion for creating memorable employee experiences and a desire to provide outstanding customer service are critical
- Proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
