About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Community Support Team Substance Abuse Professional to provide the following:
- Deliver individual and group substance use disorder counseling using evidence-based approaches.
- Support clients in developing skills for recovery, relapse prevention, and long-term stability.
- Provide crisis support and intervention when needed.
- Develop and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s treatment goals.
- Monitor progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate services with families, community partners, and other providers.

Compensation
This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
- Compensation: $52,083 - $71,920
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
