We are looking for an experienced and passionate Compensation & Benefits Manager (80%, 90% or 100%) to join our HR team based in Diegem. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing our reward and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business strategy.

Your Impact?


As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to HR colleagues, managers, and employees, helping shape reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
You will:
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert advice on Compensation & Benefits matters.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of reward policies and programs that align with DHL's business objectives and people strategy.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices are compliant with local legislation, internal policies, and market best practices.
  • Monitor market trends, legislative developments, and benchmarking data to maintain a competitive rewards offering.
  • Manage salary review cycles, bonus programs, CLA 90, warrants, mobility budgets, flexible benefits, insurance plans, and other reward initiatives.
  • Analyze compensation surveys and prepare recommendations for salary offers, promotions, special assignments, and annual reward review processes.
  • Deliver engaging information sessions and workshops for managers and employees on Compensation & Benefits topics.
  • Develop meaningful insights and reporting to support data-driven reward decisions and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee international mobility and expatriate programs in collaboration with external partners.
  • Manage temporary workforce and internship administration processes.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and Change Champion for HRIS systems, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and user support.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the digitalization and modernization of HR processes.
  • Provide backup support to the HR Business Partner team and contribute to broader HR projects when needed.

What You'll Bring?


We're looking for someone who combines strong Compensation & Benefits expertise with business acumen, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
  • Strong expertise in Belgian Compensation & Benefits legislation and practices.
  • Good understanding of broader HR processes and policies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other national language (Dutch or French).
  • Experience working in a complex, international, and matrix-driven environment.
