Company Car Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and professional Company Car Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company management, employees, clients, and business-related activities. The driver will be responsible for maintaining the assigned company vehicle in good condition and ensuring that all journeys are conducted safely, punctually, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company management, employees, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations.
• Provide transportation for business meetings, appointments, airport transfers, company events, and other official activities.
• Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain a high standard of punctuality, discretion, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, engine oil, brakes, and other essential components.
• Arrange or coordinate regular servicing, inspections, repairs, and maintenance when required.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other relevant expenses.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Immediately report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, equipment, or other items when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personal information encountered during the course of work.
• Perform other driving or administrative duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence appropriate for the company vehicle.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and major business districts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible hours when required, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgement.
• Previous experience as a personal, executive, corporate, or company driver will be an advantage.
