Company Driver

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, and goods while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic laws. The role requires a high level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism. Candidates with a military background are preferred due to their strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and integrity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport employees, executives, and guests to designated locations
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes)
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and necessary permits
• Ensure passengers’ safety at all times
• Keep accurate trip logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance records
• Assist with basic errands or office support when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid professional driver’s license (Professional 1, 2,3)
• At least 5-10years of driving experience (corporate or private)
• Ex-military personnel are highly preferred
• Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations
