Company Information Security Officer

As Company Information Security Officer, you lead Van Oord’s enterprise wide information security strategy and cyber resilience agenda. You protect information assets, data and operational technology while enabling secure business transformation. You are the accountable leader for cyber risk management, security governance and compliance across Van Oord’s global operations. You report to the Chief Information Officer and are a member of the Information Office MT. You have regular exposure to the Executive Committee and provide periodic reporting to board level on cyber risk and security posture. You work across more than 30 countries and balance strategic priorities with the realities of projects, vessels, yards and offices. You translate complex security challenges into clear decisions and priorities, with the following areas at the heart of your impact.
