Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

As our Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, you will help shape the governance foundation of one of India's most important mutual fund platforms. This role goes beyond compliance. It is about enabling innovation responsibly, safeguarding investor interests, and ensuring that the platform operates with the highest standards of regulatory integrity.

You will help ensure that a platform serving the mutual fund industry operates with trust, transparency, and regulatory excellence at its core.

A qualified Company Secretary and member of ICSI
LLB qualification preferred
4 to 6 years across secretarial, legal, and compliance functions
At least 3 years within the securities or mutual fund ecosystem
Strong understanding of SEBI, AMFI, and corporate governance frameworks
Comfortable navigating evolving regulatory environments
Detail-oriented, ethical, and highly accountable
Able to satisfy SEBI's Fit and Proper Person criteria
