Company Secretary (In-house) - Path to Partnership

We're Wearezo, and we're hiring a Company Secretary who thinks like a founder. You'll handle secretarial and compliance work for our clients, but the real job is making sure every client gets what they need, on time, every time.

What you'll do:

- Own company secretarial and compliance work for a portfolio of clients, from start to finish.

- See each task from the client's side and keep at it until it's actually done, not just filed.

- Communicate clearly and proactively, and go above and beyond so clients are genuinely happy.

- Spot problems before they happen and fix them without waiting to be told.

- A fresher CS with genuine articleship exposure.

- Entrepreneurial, with a founder mindset: you take ownership and you deliver.

- A great communicator, both in how you write and speak and in how you look after clients.

- Six days a week at our office in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

- A minimum 3-month probation period.

- Immediate joiners only.

- A salary in line with industry standards, plus a profit share.

- A real path to partnership in the firm once you prove yourself.
