As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in the execution of IPOs, managing all aspects of the IPO lifecycle from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire IPO process, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and timelines are adhered to. - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth IPO execution. - Prepare and maintain statutory records, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations. - Provide expert advice to the board on corporate governance and compliance matters. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other documentation required for the IPO. - Conduct due diligence and coordinate with auditors and other professionals involved in the IPO process. - Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices related to IPOs and corporate governance.
