Coordinates truck dispatching for a US logistics company, booking loads, planning routes, and managing driver/client relationships during evening shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:
English — upper intermediate at least;
Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
Attention to details and high level of responsibility, multitasking
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 15:00-01:00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Searching and Booking loads for company trucks
Planning the route and problem-solving on the current loads
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and drivers (human touch and proactive position is highly important)
OPPORTUNITIES:
Basic salary + percentage from the Gross (you can also book loads for owner-operators when your trucks are covered and get percentage from Profit too)
Bonuses for reaching target gross on each truck
