Colonial Williamsburg is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support the development, administration, and execution of the organization’s compensation programs. This role will partner closely with the compensation team, HR business partners, HRIS, finance, talent acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of compensation principles, and experience working with HR systems. Prior experience with Workday Advanced Compensation is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting compensation planning cycles and related processes.
