In the role of Compensation Analyst, we'll count on you to\:
- Conduct market studies as requested by HR, recruiters and/or managers
- Manage the participation of all salary and benefits surveys
- Partners with the Sr Compensation Administrator in all aspects of HDR salary and incentive planning processes
- Maintain Payfactors market pricing system by ensuring upload of salary survey results and updating employee data
- Manage the HR portion of the prevailing wage administration
- Prepare quarterly compensation reports for internal Board members
- Update geographic differential report quarterly for recruiters and HR reps
- Complete the market pricing portion of annual FAR audit
- Work with internal compliance, accounting staff and external auditors as needed
- Manages the annual Straight-Time Overtime Exemption Audit
- Responsible for the Equal Pay audits for Canada
- Provide compensation-related information for the annual Total Compensation Statements
- Assists the Diversity and Inclusion team with the annual pay equity testing analysis
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate PowerBI skills or the willingness to learn
