Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team and support compensation, payroll-related processes, budgeting, reporting, and cost analysis across multiple locations.
The role requires strong knowledge of payroll calculations under Ukrainian labor legislation, experience with personnel cost planning and analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
