• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed as per approved documents.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Support the resolution of technical and site-related issues.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Maintain effective communication and documentation throughout project execution.

Requirements

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry;
• Gulf experienced candidates.
• TAQA approval/competency required.
• Good knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong site supervision and inspection skills.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
