Job Title: Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: D.C., Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee

Salary/Payrate: $80-$105/hour

Work Environment: Remote

Term: 6 month contract (could convert to perm)

Bachelor’s degree required: Yes

Job Description:

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• At least 4 years of substantive complex commercial, business, or transactional disputes litigation experience.
• Strong preference for attorneys located in Delaware, particularly those with Delaware commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with Delaware Court of Chancery or other Delaware commercial litigation matters is highly desirable but not required.
• Candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Strong legal research, brief writing, discovery, deposition preparation, and trial preparation skills.
• Candidates will prepare for depositions but will not be responsible for taking depositions.
• Must be comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative, and recognizing when to ask questions or seek guidance.
• Client wants someone committed to a long-term working relationship.
• Target attorneys with commercial contract litigation, breach-of-contract disputes, complex business litigation, and transactional disputes experience.
