Complex Director of Housekeeping

A room that is spotless, fresh, and ready says more about us than any brochure. As Complex Director of Housekeeping, you will lead teams at two resorts to deliver that every day, and build a culture where people take pride in their work and grow with us.

Lead housekeeping at both resorts to deliver spotless, inspection-ready rooms and public areas on time, while holding labor, linen, and chemical costs to plan.

Including but not limited to:

• Lead housekeeping supervisors and teams at both resorts
• Set and protect room and public area standards, from floor to ceiling
• Build staffing models from the occupancy forecast and manage labor productivity
• Own linen, supply, and chemical programs and their costs
• Develop attendants into supervisors and supervisors into directors

• 8+ years in hotel housekeeping, with 3+ years in management
• Experience running labor models and productivity targets
• Inspection and quality control systems
• Linen and laundry operations knowledge
• Forecasting and critical thinking, with the ability to build labor and linen budgets and hold to them
• A coaching style, an eye that teaches the standard, and a commitment to team safety
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
