Compliance Administrator (Chinese Speaker)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator (Chinese Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and eager to develop their career within a fast-growing iGaming company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative and compliance matters related to the company entity, including but not limited to the full-process operations of company registration, modification, and deregistration.
  • Liaise with third-party institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and administration for industry and commerce to handle account opening, tax registration, annual inspections, filings, and other related matters.
  • Assist in the company's financial compliance work, including coordinating the preparation of financial statements, annual reports, audit materials, and compliance documentation.
  • Responsible for the organization, archiving, and updated management of important company licenses, seals, contracts, compliance documents, and other materials.
  • Follow up on daily compliance risk alerts, records, and improvement recommendations to ensure business operations are conducted in compliance.
  • Assist in the formulation, optimization, and implementation of the company's administrative compliance-related processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • A major in Administrative Management, Law or Finance
  • 1–3 years of work experience in administration, compliance, or corporate affairs. Experience in company registration, banking/tax/industry & commerce liaison is preferred.
  • Basic understanding and hands-on experience with processes such as company registration, industrial & commercial registration, tax registration, and bank account opening.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently liaise with government departments and external partners.
  • Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution ability, and an awareness of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using Office and other office software, with good document management and document writing skills.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, foreign-funded enterprises, or overseas entity operations is preferred.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
