Value Health Solutions | Role: Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with IT policies and procedures.

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.

• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and audit evidence.

• Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of action items.

• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and compliance records.

• Monitor software licenses, IT assets, and cloud governance activities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports and dashboards.

• Follow up with teams on compliance tasks and governance initiatives.

• Support security, cloud, and DevOps governance activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Governance concepts.

• Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance standards.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Jira or any ticketing tool is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Governance, Audit Coordination, or Information Security.

• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps concepts will be an added advantage.

• ISO 27001, ITIL, or related certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
