About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring governance standards, work order compliance and data integrity are maintained across the contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and auditing work orders for accuracy and compliance
• Identifying documentation gaps and providing corrective feedback to stakeholders
• Supporting governance, compliance and reporting activities
• Maintaining accurate records and audit documentation
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, operational teams and clients
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Assisting with compliance monitoring and administrative activities across the contract

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in compliance, governance, quality assurance, contract administration or a similar administrative role
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a structured and highly compliant environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements

Highly regarded:

• VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
• Visual Studio experience
• Exposure to compliance auditing or reporting
• Defence, government or regulated industry experience

Graduates with relevant qualifications and strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Location

This position is open toPerth-based applicants onlyand may be based from:

• Our East Perth office, or
• A Defence base within the Perth metropolitan area

Final work location will be determined based on operational requirements and candidate suitability.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance
