Compliance Data Analytics and Tool Specialist

Our client is a global automotive technology company specializing in safe, connected, and sustainable mobility solution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare, clean, validate, and maintain high-quality datasets to support compliance reporting and business analysis.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel and Power BI to provide operational insights and performance tracking.
• Manage user access, role assignments, and master data across compliance tools while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Handle tool-related tickets, including access requests, technical issues, and user inquiries, ensuring timely resolution within defined service levels.
• Coordinate with IT and global compliance teams to resolve escalated issues and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, support KPI reporting, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Identify complex cases, policy deviations, and system issues requiring escalation to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to promote standardized processes, best practices, and high-quality service delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Risk & Compliance, or a related field.
• Around 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, IT Support, System Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience working with Office 365 applications and managing data within business systems.
• Exposure to user access management, service desk operations, ticket handling, or system administration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams
• Experience supporting process improvements, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) under a hybrid work setup.
