Tasks and Actions in the Project
Conduct Inductions: Carry out or assist with site inductions, including presenting safety material and project requirements.
Documentation Control: Verify ID, permits, and documentation to ensure all access requirements are met.
Access Management: Issue access cards, maintain induction lists and calendars, and update the access system with new personnel.
Administrative Support: Provide support to the compliance team and work closely with HSE and the safety department.
First Point of Contact: Serve as the first contact for contractors and visitors upon arrival to the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in administration, customer service, or access control is an advantage, but not required. Experience from construction is beneficial.
Skills:
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Clear and professional communication skills across different stakeholder groups.
Ability to remain structured and approachable in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Secondary education (e.g. high school) or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
