Compliance Management Analyst
Summary
Performs compliance audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations, documenting findings and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits, reviews, and process assessments.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
- Track corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Partner with QA, Operations, HR, and other teams on compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, audit, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
