We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a compliance team of 8 analysts to steer the quality control process. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8 compliance analysts to ensure quality control
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
