Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compliance resolution processes, ensuring that all logistics activities meet legal and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to logistics operations. - Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in compliance practices. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all logistics processes. - Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related issues. - Manage compliance resolution processes, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively. - Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact logistics operations. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of compliance resolution and logistics compliance. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to logistics operations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
