Compliance Officer (Banking/7 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Support for the Board cycles and reporting obligations – regulatory reporting, management and Board updates
• Assist, coordinate in implementation of new MAS regulations
• Assist in preparation work for key MAS regulatory engagements
• Assist with the Unit’s Scorecard process for 2026 and 2027
• Ad-hoc items – Unit Operational Risk Manager-related, working on in-house system enhancements

Requirements:

• 4 - 9 years of Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Advisory work experience in banks of regulated financial institutions
• Team-oriented, positive change agent who seeks to challenge the norm and articulate fresh perspectives in a respectful, constructive manner
• Self-starter who is able to work independently and able to solution
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
