Compliance Officer (KYC/AML) | $3,500 + Bonus
Salary: S$3,500 + Performance Bonus + Nominee Director Incentives
(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Work Location: Jurong East
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks on clients.
Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
Report and escalate potential compliance breaches to management.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of compliance officer experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
Experience with KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Comfortable with a hands-on, foundational compliance role rather than a senior management-level position.
