Compliance Officer

<p>Responsibilties: </p><ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day RRC activities under the guidance of the Assistant Manager. </li><li>Maintain documentation, records, and trackers for risk, resilience, and compliance. </li><li> Support the facilitation of workshops, training, and risk assessment sessions. </li><li>Oversees and manages the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk, resilience, and compliance programs; drives policy and procedure enhancement; ensures alignment with regulatory and certification requirements. </li><li> Identify, assess, monitor organizational risks and maintain and update the Risk Register and Risk Appetite Statement. </li><li> Coordinate periodic risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are implemented. </li><li> Support the development, maintenance, and testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). </li><li> Conduct resilience drills and tabletop exercises; document results and action plans. </li><li>Ensure readiness for emergency response and crisis management. </li><li> Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301). </li><li> Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions from audits and incident reports. </li><li> Plan and coordinate internal and external audits. </li><li> Prepare management reports on risk, compliance status, and resilience activities. </li><li> Track and follow up on audit findings to closure. </li><li> Conduct or coordinate RRC-related training for employees. </li><li> Develop awareness materials on risk, resilience, and compliance topics.</li></ul><p>Experience and Training</p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or regulatory </span>affairs</li><li>Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and internal controls</li></ul>
