About the Role

Padana Services is sourcing a Compliance Officer for a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, KYC, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, risk identification, and regulatory examinations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, regulatory affairs, banking operations, risk management, or internal control.
• Experience in a bank, microfinance bank, fintech, or other regulated financial institution is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CAMS/ACAMS, CIBN, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage.
