【Role Overview】
You will be a key point of person for the entire CPTW on the recall program in operation, whether in routine monitoring or the execution of recall cases and continuously optimize processes in collaboration with stakeholders. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for managing routine declaration operations to meet the requirements of various regulatory authorities.

【What You Will Do】
1. Optimize processes to more efficiently monitor global recall information and ensure consumer’s safety.
2. As the primary coordinator, collaborate with various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, PR, CS, Business Management, FC...etc) to ensure the recall process is completed within the specified timeframe.
3. Ensure documentation complies with internal policy requirements and track case progress.
4. Ensure compliance with declaration requirements mandated by competent authorities. Currently focused on food categories (e.g., import infant formula), with future expansion beyond this category.
5. May be responsible for managing and developing the Recall team.
