We're looking for a Compliance Systems Analyst to transform compliance, safety and operational data into meaningful insights that improve performance and reduce risk.
About the role - Mō te tūranga
Working closely with compliance, H&S and operational leaders, you'll identify trends, uncover risks and deliver reporting that supports better decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H&S reporting
- Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks
- Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators
- Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for non‑technical stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and safety

You’ll bring:
- Strong Power BI and data visualisation skills
- Experience analysing data and producing meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to identify trends and translate data into action
- Experience with operational, compliance, transport or safety data is advantageous
