Composite operator
We are looking for a detail-focused Composite Operator to join our team in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is vital to ensuring the consistent production of high-quality composite parts used for our ducting components.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assemble composite components including:
- Tool maintenance & preparation
- Material cutting and kitting
- Laminating
- Vacuum bagging
- Demoulding and trimming
- Bonding, fitting and assembly
- Control of clean room
- Visual Inspection
- Handle materials and tools safely
- To complete the above activities using defined procedures and work instructions
- To observe and maintain high standards of Health & Safety
- To ensure that all work activities and records comply with Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Practice.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organised workspace
What we're looking for:
Strong manual dexterity and confidence performing hands-on tasks
Proven ability to produce highly accurate, detail-critical work
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or composite production
Ability to follow clear verbal and written instructions
A responsible and safety-conscious approach to work
Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude

Contract Information: Monday - Thursday (36hrs) £13.40 p/h
